BIRTHDAY PARTY FAQ

CAN I BRING IN A CAKE OR CUPCAKES?
Absolutely! A cake or cupcakes is the only outside food or beverage allowed.

WHAT IF I WANT TO USE MY OWN TABLECLOTH & PAPER GOODS?

Just let us know. If you drop it off ahead of time, our team would be happy to set it up for you!

CAN I DECORATE?
Decorations are allowed but we ask that you refrain from using confetti, glitter, silly string, or piñatas. Please do not use nails, tacks, staples, etc.


WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY EVENT?
A non-refundable deposit is required to book your birthday party or event. We are always happy to move your party to an alternative date and/or time with no penalty or additional charge. If something comes up, just give us a call or reply to your confirmation email and we'll work with you on alternative availability.


HOW MANY GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO BOOK A CHILD'S BIRTHDAY PARTY?
All of our birthday party packages have a minimum of 4 guests including the birthday child.


HOW LONG DO BIRTHDAY PARTIES TYPICALLY LAST?
Generally, birthday parties last about two hours - the first hour for bowling, and the second hour for pizza, cake, arcade games if you purchased arcade play, gifts, and any other activities.


WHAT IF SOME OF MY GUESTS DON'T SHOW UP? DO I STILL PAY FOR THEM?
Life happens. We set up and prepare for the number of guests booked, including any food items. We allow the final number of guests to decrease the day of the party by up to 2 people.


WHAT IF EXTRA GUESTS SHOW UP?
At the time of booking we ask for an estimated guest count. This is important in order for us to reserve the appropriate space, and plan for the right amount of food. We encourage you be as accurate as possible as the final count can only be increased as space allows. You'll receive a final confirmation email three days before your party asking for an updated count. Just reply to the email or give us a call and we're glad to adjust the numbers for you at that time. If additional guests show up to the party to be included, we'll fit them in if we can and adjust the bill accordingly.

WHAT ABOUT ADULTS?
Our packages are geared toward kids, so we charge and set up the party area/table based on the number of people bowling. If you have adults actually participating in the package, just let us know and we'll include them. If not, we do not charge for adults to attend. Adults & spectators are welcome to hang out at the high-top tables, restaurant, bar, etc. Adults are always welcome to rent additional lanes on their own if they so choose!
